Meet the Founder
HOIAN.DIY was founded by Hoàng Trung Thế, a craftsman with years of experience in handmade leatherwork
After building his craft in Phu Quoc, Thế brought his philosophy to Hoi An — a belief that true craftsmanship is not about speed, but about intention. His approach combines traditional hand skills with contemporary design, creating a space where creativity feels both grounded and free.
For Thế, a workshop is not just about teaching technique.
It is about sharing a way of working — thoughtful, patient, and personal.
